I was hard at work, ( he typed while struggling to keep a straight face...) when a somewhat random thought accosted me. I had recently viewed a commercial pitching a butterfly garden and upon remembering that moment, found myself smirking at the thought of someone packaging and selling nature.
It reminded me of the infamous pet rock fiasco, (years before my time), but still a hell of an idea I could appreciate. I thought of all the suckers lining up to purchase something nature gives us for free and chuckled.
Ironically, this thought was almost instantaneously replaced with 'how cool would it be if my children could witness a caterpillar turn into a butterfly?' Before I had an opportunity two chastise my own very blatant hypocrisy, a butterfly flew into my vehicle and landed on my shoulder.
I was totally amazed by the synchronism of the moment, and began to reach for my camera when I realized the butterfly may just fly off if I did and that I should just remain still and enjoy the moment.
It rode with me for what seemed like forever, but was maybe all of five minutes before it took flight. Needless to say, I was very honored by it [feeling all 'Snow White' and sh*t.] Minutes later, another butterfly showed up and danced around me, (somehow provocatively...), eventually, landing on my hand speaking mountains of sweet nothings while projecting delicate visions of bliss on the breath of a melody... [ that's some pimp sh*t, lol ]
Slightly taken aback by these very surreal moments, I found myself moved by Gaia's flirtatious nature. This brief glimpse of her nakedness fueled my curiosity as she the dance and laughed with promises of unbridled fulfillment within her mysteries. I made plans to see her as often as I could.
I am now officially convinced that she desires our attention, and craves our participation in this quantum age of Aquarius. Having bathed herself in the unfolding waters of the cosmos, she is now splashing playfully in the shallow river of desire lusting to copulate with humanity.
She wants to be noticed, wanted, appreciated, and does not appear too concerned one way or the other with the price tags we affix to her glory. Quite the opposite in fact. She longs to play the harlot. Pay her enough attention and she will move you in ways you could never even imagine...
